The client purchased an existing B&B which was successful however required investment and upgrading to meet the expectations and demands of a discerning clientele. Slight problem was a very small window existed between purchase completion and the arrival of the Easter rush. Our own tradesmen working with our partner electrical contractors, heating engineers and decorators installed a complete heating system, four en-suite bathrooms, re-vamped guest lounge and 3 bedrooms, completely remodelled the owners cottage and upgraded the exterior ready for the first guests.
