EXT were awarded the contract for this project which commenced with the complete “rip out” of an existing shop in an old building on the corner of King Street and Lowther Street in Whitehaven.

EXT had a relatively short time in which to complete the works in our first Costa Coffee, the client wanted to open in six weeks.

The Whitehaven store opened with two days to spare and it continues to be very successful site for Costa.

EXT were awarded the contract for this project in Workington whilst in the middle of the Costa Coffee project in nearby Whitehaven!

This Costa Coffee is sited in a prime location on the corner of Jane Street and Steelmens Walk in the Workington Shopping Centre which boasts other top brands like Debenhams, Body Shop and Next.

The Workington site had no front or floors; but EXT completed the store in record time just two weeks later and it continues to be a very successful site for Costa Coffee.
